Park View Road continues along the old Roman road towards Bexleyheath and leads right up to the Welling/Bexleyheath border by the junction of Gipsy Road.

The area contains around 40 businesses located along the main road.  As well as the shops, there is the ground of Welling United Football Club, which shares its ground with Erith and Belvedere.  There is also a sports ground next door called Bexleyheath Sports Ground.
